Nintendo condemns alleged Abuse; says it is “Absolutely Impermissible”

For Several days,lots of allegation have been made against competitors of the Super  Smash Bros fighting series. Most of this allegations involve young teenagers and older players.

Most of the allegations involves wide-ranging online sexual harassment. The Super Smash Bros competitive community complained of inappropriate sexual messages, sexual relationships with minors on the sidelines of tournament events and rape accusations.

Deeply concerned by this ongoing report, Nintendo released an official statement to clarify the public;

“We are deeply disturbed by the allegations raised against certain members of the competitive gaming community. They are absolutely impermissible”. 

"We want to make it clear that we condemn all acts of violence, harassment, and exploitation against anyone and that we stand with the victims."

It is clear that Nintendo is not the organizers of such tournaments - instead, they are often organised by participants of the game community. In most cases, majority of the competitors sometimes live with under-aged kids who might be sharing profile. Some of the accused participants have shared their own side of the story or repudiated the accusation made against them.
